Established Venue

The USER agrees that should the occasion arise which would require legal proceedings of any kind, Black Hills RV Rentals, LLC and Fort WeLikIt Family Campground, LLC shall maintain venue of all proceeding. All suits and legal requests shall be filed and heard in the state of South Dakota. The USER further agrees to the venue of Rapid City, SD as the location where any legal proceedings shall occur. The USER further agrees to hold Black Hills RV Rentals, LLC and Fort WeLikIt Family Campground, LLC harmless against any financial claims as the result of the USERS personal, business, or related expenses. The USER agrees to be fully and completely bound by the respective company's polices as they are outlined both here, and on file in the corporate offices.
