POLICIES
I
Check-in starts at 1:00 PM RV/Tent/Tipi.
Check-In starts at 3:00 PM Cabins.
Check-out is by 11:00 AM all sites.
RESERVATIONS:
You are responsible for reading your confirmation and ensuring all the information is correct. If there is any incorrect information, please contact us immediately so that it can be addressed.
Be sure you have provided the proper rig type and size. If you arrive with a different rig type or size than you have provided, we will not be able to honor your reservation.
DEPOSITS:
All deposits are non-refundable. (This includes the reservation fee and Credit Card Fees)
There is a 1-day rental rate deposit required to guarantee your reservation except during the weeks of:
July 4th (July 1st thru July 4th) and the Sturgis Rally (August 2nd thru August 11th) when the required deposit will be 2 nights.
Deposits are site specific. If you have multiple reservations and must cancel one or more of your sites, those sites will be subject to the cancellation policies and fees.
Deposits cannot be transferred from one site to another. If you make deposits for multiple sites, you will need to be reimbursed from the other parties.
Reservations over 14 Days:
If your stay is over 14 days, it will a require a one-night deposit for each week of the stay.
The deposit will be non-refundable. If the stay is shortened the deposit for each week that is cancelled will be forfeited and will not be applied to any balance.
30-days prior to arrival you are responsible for the entire stay.
CANCELLATIONS:
Cancellations will need to be made in writing by email to fwlreservations@gmail.com.
Cancellations cannot be accepted by phone.
CHANGES TO STAY:
Changes to the length of stay can be made to your reservation without penalty up to 10 days prior to the day of your arrival.
A cancellation is not a "change".
If you shorten your reservation inside of the change period, you will be assessed a
$15.00 reschedule fee for Tent sites
$30.00 reschedule fee RV sites and kegs
$100.00 reschedule fee for Cabins.
On the day of your scheduled arrival, you will be expected to pay for the entire reserved period reflected on the most recent confirmation.
HOLIDAY CHANGES:
Reservations for Sturgis (If any day of your stay is between August 2nd thru August 11th):
You will be responsible for your entire stay on July 1, 2024.
Reservations for the Fourth of July (If any day of your stay is between July 1st thru July 4th):
You will be responsible for your entire stay on June 1, 2024.
NO-SHOWS:
If you do NOT EMAIL and cancel your reservation prior to your expected arrival date you will be charged for your entire reservation amount.
EARLY DEPARTURES:
There are no refunds for early departure.
VEHICLES:
Our sites are for one vehicle and one RV or tent. Any extra vehicles will need to be approved and fit on the gravel pad space provided or will have to be parked in out overflow parking area free of charge if they are declared prior to arrival.
Extra vehicles cannot be parked on the grass or between the rig and the next site.

Extra vehicles must be declared before arrival or a $20 fee will be applied for parking.
No electric cars will be allowed to charge at any RV post or outlet.
EXTRA/SUPPORT TRAILERS
Extra Trailers (cargo, flatbed, boat, and car dolly) will need to be declared before arrival.
If they will not fit directly on the pad provided, they will need to be parked in our trailer parking area free of charge.
If you have a support “extra” trailer, please contact the park with the details at fwlreservations@gmail.com or by calling 1-605-673-3600. This will ensure a complimentary spot is reserved in the parking area.
If you arrive with an undeclared trailer (cargo, flatbed, boat, and car dolly) there will be a $20 fee assessed.
If you have not made arrangements prior to arrival and there is no available space in our parking we will not be able to accommodate your stay.
PETS:
Pets are welcome in the campground.
Your pet must be on a leash whenever outside your RV. (Two dog parks are provided for your use).
You are responsible for picking up pet feces. (Bag dispensers are available throughout the campground).
Pets cannot be left alone outside your RV whenever you are not present at your site.
SITE SPECIFIC POLICIES:

RV Site
Only 1 RV is allowed per RV site.
Sites are designated for one vehicle. All vehicles must fit on the gravel pad. Additional vehicles that cannot fit on the pad will need to be parked in the overflow area.
All vehicles must be registered and have a vehicle tag displayed when in the park.
A maximum of 6 guests are allowed without specific approval by campground management.
No tents are allowed on RV sites. (We have many basic tent sites available for rent near RV sites).
No sanitary facilities are allowed outside of the RV.
Nothing must be attached to the trees, including hammocks, ropes, pets, or decorative lighting.
Special occupancy rules apply to Sturgis Rally. All occupants must be confirmed for each reserved site, by July 1.
A fee will be added for all overnight unregistered guests per night.
TENTS
Rates are for 1 Tent on a site. Additional tents require approval and are subject to an additional fee.
A maximum of 6 guests are allowed without specific approval by campground management.
No sanitary facilities are allowed outside of the tent.
Nothing must be attached to the trees, including hammocks, ropes, pets, or decorative lighting.
All vehicles must be registered and have a vehicle tag displayed when in the park.
A fee will be added for all overnight unregistered guests per night.

Kegs
Kegs are for either 2 or 4 guests as designated by unit type.
Keg sites have space for 1 vehicle. If you have additional vehicles and/or support trailers they will need to be parked in the overflow area.
No pets are allowed in the Kegs.

All vehicles must be registered and have a vehicle tag displayed when in the park.
